1. Who we are

Chiron Growth is the trading name of Anotida Chirongoma, a sole trader based in England, United Kingdom. We book kitchen and bathroom remodel consultations for remodeling contractors. For the information described here, Chiron Growth is the data controller.

2. What we collect

When you fill in the form on this site or book a call, we collect:

• Contact details: your name, email address and mobile number.
• Your answers: the kind of remodels you do, your typical job value, how many more consultations you could take, and your monthly ad budget.
• Your consent: a record that you ticked the consent box, and the date and time.
• Booking details: the date and time of any call you book.
• How you found us: the page you were on and any advertising tags in the link you followed.
• Technical data: basic device and browser information, collected by our website and advertising tools.

We do not ask for payment details on this site.

3. How we use it and why we are allowed to

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange your call. This is in our legitimate interests, and is a step you asked us to take before any agreement.
• To call, text and email you about your enquiry and booking. We do this with the consent you gave by ticking the box.
• To measure and improve our advertising. This is in our legitimate interests, or with your consent where the law requires it.
• To provide our services if you become a client, under our agreement with you.
• To keep the records the law requires, such as tax records.

4. Text messages

If you tick the consent box, we may send you text messages about your enquiry and your call, such as confirmations and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The providers that send messages for us handle this information only to deliver our messages.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems for us:

• HighLevel, which hosts this site and our customer records, calendar and messaging.
• Google, for email, calendar and video calls.
• Meta, to measure the results of our advertising.
• Stripe, to take payment if you become a client.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

6. Where it is stored

Some of these providers store information outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on the legal safeguards those providers put in place for international transfers.

7. How long we keep it

• If you enquire but do not become a client, we keep your details for up to 24 months after your last contact with us.
• If you become a client, we keep records for up to 6 years after our work together ends, to meet tax and legal requirements.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner.

8. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it;
• stop or limit how we use it;
• send it to you or to someone else in a portable format.

You can also withdraw your consent at any time. If you live in a US state with its own privacy law, you can make the same requests of us. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

9. Cookies and advertising tools

This site uses the Meta pixel and similar tools. They place small files on your device so we can see which adverts lead to enquiries. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

10. Children

This site is for business owners. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
